Start the night with cocktails, live Hawaiian music and traditional makahiki games, then witness the dramatic unearthing of the imu, the traditional underground oven used to cook the luau feast. As the sun sets, enjoy a delicious dinner sourced from land and sea, showcasing the bounty of the Big Island.

The celebration continues with mesmerizing hula performances, storytelling that honors Hawaii’s legends and five mountains, and an exhilarating fire-knife dance finale.
