You will be met after your flight arrives at baggage claim. The sign will say "Roberts Hawaii".

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082. - Special Notes:
Wheelchair Assistance: We have wheelchair lift equipped vehicles. The reservation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of service. The wheelchair lift can accommodate up to 500 lbs, the usable platform is only 48 inches by 30 inches.
